Windows 10: Bad Image error System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\File Error status 0xc0000020 Please help

I've been receiving this error *plenty* of times, it appears whenever i try to download or open almost any file i try to download on my own, I just need some sort of assistance, I've tried using the windows Control Panel, the Command Prompt as admin,restarting my laptop, changing laptop accounts, nothing has worked. This error makes it virtually impossible to use my laptop.

dll file error keeping excel and other files for working properly

Kaspersky told me I had bad files. the files were quarantined and deleted. Now Excel wont open without errors.

How do i fix this?

Recently i have not been able to open apps. Whenever i try to open some, for example spotify or onedrive, an error comes up saying "Bad image-C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\pdh.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the
program again using the original installation media...Error status 0xc0000020."

I've tried reinstalling the apps and restarting my computer but nothing works. I've tried troubleshooting but a different error (0x800700C1) shows up saying it can't continue.

Recently ive been having some programs stop working.

I have attempted to revert to a previous save, it failed. I attempted to reset to factory settings, it failed. Usually stopping before 40%, then stopping and not deleting or reinstalling anything. It will no longer install Windows updates.

I am running Windows 10 online upgrade.

How do i fix this?
