Windows 10: "Bad Image" message Peppering within My Windows 10 Pro

Greetings:

I have taken pride in keeping my computer (ASUS 2-in-1 Q504UAK Intel i5 2.5GHz 16GB) up-to-date with the latest updates. Currently I am running Windows 10 Pro (v1903 Build 18362.356) this is a touchscreen notebook.

For quite sometime now I ahve been getting these "Bad Image" message popups peppered onto my desktop. I have researched both here within this forum and through Google and I have not yet found a definitive way to permanently stop these error (?) messages coming onto my screen. It seems no matter what software I decide to run at the time the "Insert Filename Here" - Bad Image popup seems to display randomly upon my screen.

How can I permanently stop this from happening? Please. Do I need to reinstall windows? *Banghead

Re-installing Digital Image Pro
