Windows 10: Bad internet connection after windows 10 update

I bought my new pc recently and the internet's been working fine but after this recent windows 10 update my internet is really bad and very high latency and even got a few blue screens crashes

• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Once the window open click on View All
  located on the left navigation pane.
• Locate and select Internet Connection and run the in build troubleshooter
• Follow the Onscreen instructions.
