Windows 10: Bambo Ink 2nd Gen Not Working

Hi all. I just got a new Samsung Galaxy Book, and the sales guy told me that it would work with the Bamboo Ink 2nd Generation pen. I've been at it for an hour and the pen does not work. The battery is fine and I've already switched between modes and installed the latest driver from Wacom. It's not a bluetooth device either. It's supposed to just write as is, but my screen is not recognizing it. I have Windows 11. Can anyone help?

Bamboo ink worked previously but stopped

I would like to ask you few questions regarding the issue to get a better clarity.

1. What is the make and model of the computer and the bamboo ink pen?
   
2. Were there any changes made to the computer?
   
3. Is it functioning well except writing, or is it completely not working?
   

I will suggest you few simple troubleshooting steps, kindly follow the below.

Method 1: Restart Services.

• Press Windows + R to launch the Run application. Type “services.msc” in the dialogue box and press Enter.
  
• Navigate through the services named “TabletServiceWacom” and “Wacom Professional Service”. Right-click it and select “Restart”.
  

Method 2: Refer the article which briefs you with few more steps.

Can I use windows ink with all models of HP spectre 360 laptops including ae052nr (newer i7, 8th gen)?

Will Ink work for the 8th gen model or is it only for specific models in spectre line? Can I buy Ink separately or is it bundled?
