Windows 10: Bamboo Ink pen will pair, but not write

Discus and support Bamboo Ink pen will pair, but not write in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have a Lenovo Yoga 730 which is now a few years old, and I bought a Bamboo Ink pen along with it when I bought it.     Bamboo Ink pen will pair, but not write


    I have a Lenovo Yoga 730 which is now a few years old, and I bought a Bamboo Ink pen along with it when I bought it. I haven't had any serious problems with getting the pen to work until now. The pen will successfully pair with Bluetooth, and when I press the top button it pulls up the Windows Ink workspace as usual, but the screen doesn't respond at all when I try to write. The touch screen responds to my finger normally. I have already tried:- Replacing the battery and making sure it's oriented correctly- Replacing the nib- Pressing the two buttons on the side to switch from AES to MPP - not

    Bamboo Ink Pen

    Hi, I just purchased my Bamboo Ink pen for windows ink and it's not working. I just purchased an HP Envy x360 and I can connect the pen to the device (when I click the end I can open up windows ink workspace) however I cannot write on the computer with this
    pen. I was told this was compatible. Can anyone help me get the bamboo pen to write?

    I just bought an envy 2-1 tablet and laptop. I also purchased a bamboo ink pen. Yet, I paired the two successfully but the pen will not write. I have restarted the computer, re-paired the pen with the envy, changed the computer settings, and changed the
    pen settings many times. The computer shows the symbol for an extra keyboard for the pen (the mouse shows up as a mouse). Just confused and frustrated. Thanks in advance.
