Windows 10: Bamboo ink stylus wont connect to Dell inspiron 13.7352

I scoured the internet to find a stylus that will work with my Dell Inspiron 13.7352 Intel core i7. The Bamboo ink stylus seemed to fit the bill. However, I can't get the nib to work on the screen and I am becoming increasingly frustrated. I have always loved Dell products and have been brand loyal since my first laptop back in 2009. It shouldn't be this hard-to-find compatible accessories to utilize all the features their products offer. Wacom Bamboo Ink Stylus not writing

The Bamboo Ink driver ONLY IS FOR TABLETS, not PCs or Laptops. WHY WOULD DELL SELL A PC PACKAGE WITH BAMBOO INK STYLUS THAT SAYS "OPTIMIZED FOR BAMBOO INK" WHEN THERE IS NO DRIVER FOR BAMBOO INK FOR DELL PCs/laptops??????????!!!!

How do we fix this, asap, I'm pissed. The only reason I bought this $1500 laptop was for the bamboo ink pen because it said "optimized for bamboo ink".

Can you resolve this with help or suggestions or links to fix?

 

Wacom Bamboo Ink Stylus not writing

Today I purchased a Wacom bamboo ink stylus pen for my Dell inspiron 7000 series, and it does not seem to be writing. It paired fine, the button works to open windows ink and sketchbook, but it will not write on sketchpad, screen sketch, or sticky notes.
What should I do to fix this?

 

Wacom Bamboo Ink Stylus not working on Dell Inspiron 13 5000

I downloaded the driver for the Bamboo Ink and paired it with my laptop but the nib won't work on the screen. The button on top of the stylus is able to activate Windows Ink but nothing else works. I tried switching between AES and MPP but neither worked.
