    Using a Bamboo Ink Pen doesn't require a specific tablet for it to work as long as you're using a touch-capable tablet or PC. For us to provide you the possible resolution and the accurate information as to why you're having issues with Bamboo Ink Pen, answer
    the following questions:

    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Were there any changes made on your computer prior to this concern?
    • Have you tried updating the driver of your Bamboo Ink Pen to isolate compatibility issues?
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    I understand that you are facing issues while using Bamboo pen on your PC. For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below.



    1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?
    2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
    3. What is the exact model of the Bamboo Pen?
    4. What is the make and model of the PC?
    5. Which application are you using to write?


    Refer the article Which version of Windows operating system am I running?



    Meanwhile, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and see if that helps.



    Method 1:



    Install the necessary drivers for the Bamboo Pen. Refer the article by Wacom

    Getting started with your Bamboo Ink



    You can also download the drivers according to the model of your Pen from

    Wacom website



    Method 2:



    Try updating the Bluetooth drivers of your PC. Refer the article
    Update drivers in Windows 10
