  1. Band 6ghz is not visible

Hil to all!I bought an Alienware Laptop, M18 R2 with the Killer BE1750x last Year. I had an Asus RT-AXE7800 router and, as the problem never solved after a lot of drivers updates, windows reinstall, etc, I bought a TP-LINK BE800.My Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, an Iphone 16 Pro Max and an One Plus 13 are connected to the 6ghz without any issue, asus an tplink. So, I´m sure that the band is working and

  2. Alienware (Dell) Aurora R13 Wifi 6ghz band Not visible on windows 11

I have seen several different unresolved posts regarding the 6ghz band not being visible in the wifi list. The only "solution" I've seen is dell probably disabled the 6ghz band.

Yes, everything is 6e capable. the wifi card/chipset. The router. I have verified my network via my S22, I get about 900mb/s down. the phone functions as expected on the 6hz band.

My computer is about 7 feet away, so signal loss and strength are 100% not the issue. unless the antenna is the issue. I removed the cover just in case it was somehow shielding it. I haven't looked to see where the antenna wire goes. anyone that knows antennas that might have an idea if there might be something physically wrong with it that could inhibit 6ghz but not allow 5 ghz? I'm willing to accept any odd "try this".

    Things I've tried:

    1. uninstalling and reinstalling drivers

    2. Uninstalling and reinstalling driver in safe mode (no network drivers loaded)

    3. rolling back drivers.

    4. verified 6ghz settings via device manager.

    5. Bought and installed a 6e pci-e card, still no 6ghz. It behaves exactly the same as the "native" wifi.

    6. Installing the wrong drivers for pci-e wifi and BSODing until I took it out.

    7. I have installed both intel drivers and dell specific wifi drivers.

    8. verified all updates were installed from the alienware update manager

    9. Cleansed the aur(or)a with sage.

    My thoughts:

Anyone know a way to force the OS to allow 6e functionality? If I knew where to look in the regedit I would just make a back up and try not to brick my system playing around. Honestly it feels like they just forced a regedit value to off, so no matter what settings the wifi will never see the 6ghz signal.

I simply don't know where to poke around. Any suggestion would be great.

    Why I'm here:

The only reason I care is that I was between choosing a wifi 6 and wifi 6e router. I spent the extra money to have next gen enabled wifi router because my computer said it had a 6e wireless card. So it's more frustrating than anything

Yes I've searched this issue ad nauseam . Maybe I didn't use the correct key words and there is an answer so link me the solution if you can. My gut is telling me there's a simple fix but my knowledge in computers is mostly superficial.

PS: Is it possible they installed a physical or digital lowpass filter than effectively eliminates the signal? or is there one build onto the mobo I can adjust? or the card?

Alienware (Dell) Aurora R13 Wifi 6ghz band Not visible on windows 11

I see where you're looking in the manual. the bands supported etc. I guess I don't understand why windows 11 supports 6ghz, the chip supports 6ghz. but Dell specifically leaves it out. I can see them blocking it on their stuff, but I guess I don't understand how a 3rd party device got limited too.
