Windows 10: Bandlab audio suppressed?

Hello, I have been using Bandlab for a while and when I am trying to record on my computer it muffles all of my audio. I already tried unplugging all of my equipment and trying to listen through my speakers but it still ends up getting muffled. It can't be fixed in any settings and it is only the website's access to my microphone. When I deny it access to my microphone the issue stops. However, when I plug it back in it continues again. I don't understand and I can't find anybody who has ever encountered this.

• Type troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

Bandlab Install Snag: Windows Firewall Blockage

At the very first step in the Install Windows threw this warning.
Am I assuming correctly that if I check "Private Network..." all features will be available and that I not be facing any security risks?

Microphone is suppressing my voice and cutting out audio

Hi, I think my microphone is suppressing my voice. I have to put it really close to my mouth, almost into it to make it pick up the audio. I tried other headsets and microphones but the same problem persists. The noise suppression box is unmarked as well. The microphone boosts it as 20 and the microphone volume is at 100. I already tried uninstalling the drivers and restarting the pc. Even when it is close to my mouth only some of the audio is super loud and the other tends to cut out or be quieter that the other bit. I feel like I’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work.
