    You accessed my bank account without permission with a charge of $21.27 on May 2.I have not been able to download a solitaire game which is free. I have not bought any services.I want this reversed right away. There was no corresponding email that explained what it was for. i do not want to buy anything. Please see to this today. I am really upset that you accessed my bank account without permission. You should not have this info on file. PLEASE SEE TO THIS RIGHT AWAY!!!!! Lis Andersen

    You should work through that article I recommended. This charge might be legitimate. People check boxes or select "Yes" and don't realize they've subscribed to something.

    Having a bank cancel a charge isn't necessarily the best first step to take.

    charging laptop from power bank

    If they have normal USB charging connector (typical Android tablets), they can be charged with the same power banks as phones.
