Windows 10: Banned from downloading W11 iso using Rufus

I cannot download Windows 11 iso. I used to be able to download iso while not on VPN and on VPN then that stopped working saying We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is not generally allowed. If you believe that you encountered this problem in error, please try again. If the problem persists you may contact Microsoft Support – Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to message code 715-123130 and 2af122d7-f4

Downloading ISOs for Windows 7, 8.1, 10

U can't use Rufus to download Windows 7 *Roll :roll: there was a Media Creator Tool out for it, but it's not anymore u need a legal key to be able to download Win7.

 

Can't download Windows 11 EN-US iso

Don't know. But I found this note in the Rufus FAQ.

But, again, because it is Microsoft-controlled and IP based, there is nothing Rufus can do about it and, as a matter of fact, if you try to download an ISO from https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/software-download, you should find that you get the same error.

Downloading ISOs for Windows 7, 8.1, 10

First I've heard of that. I've downloaded ISO's and used RUFUS to install them, and only needed a valid key to validate once installed.
