Windows 10: Bar with the sound settings, Wi-Fi and battery status does not open sometimes

Hello, dear Microsoft Community! I have a problem for quite a while already which is connected with the section responsible for the sound, wi-fi, battery settings, etc. see the screenshot attached. The problem is that this section sometimes is not opening and when you are trying to click on it, the window is being showed to me as a user. It's really annoying to experience and this thing does not allow me to see the battery status, to change the Bluetooth device in two clicks and many other problems related to this specific bar. Please, help me to resolve this question ASAP. Thank you very mu

Method 1: Run the Hardware and Device troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and sound”.
• Under Hardware and sound, click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

Method 2: The issue may occur if the drivers for Wi-fi are not installed or updated. I suggest you to install/update the latest version for Wi-fi drivers by following the steps below.

• Press ‘windows key + R’ and type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and press Enter.
• Expand ‘Network adapter’ and right click on Wi-fi driver and select update.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

I suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

• Click on the Network logo at the bottom right corner of the Task bar.
• Click on Network setting and select manage Wi-Fi settings.
• Select your Network and click on Forget.
• Now, try to reconnect to the network again by entering the Wi-Fi password.
• Check the connect automatically box and click on
  connect.
