Windows 10: baterry not charging

Discus and support baterry not charging in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; i am using an HP laptop and in a last month I never used it just packed it away an on the 20/08 2018 I tried switching it on and the battery says...     baterry not charging


    i am using an HP laptop and in a last month I never used it just packed it away an on the 20/08 2018 I tried switching it on and the battery says plugged but not charging. what could be the problem, since when I stored it away I didn't have this problem

    N82 - time stagnates without baterry

    Hi,

    my phone is fresh after format and without
    memory card
    baterry not charging [​IMG]
    .

    The baterry is new too. Phone is 18 months old.

    When i remove the baterry, the tim stagnate.

    example: Currently is 18:17 > now i switch my phone off and remove the baterry. I return the baterry to the phone and switch on it at 18:22 >
    but: clock showes 18:17

    Sorry, my english isnt so good, i hope you have understood me.

    I tried to charge for 12 hours, but without any result...

    N82 - time stagnates without baterry

    this is normal. you don't have to worry about it.
