Windows 10: Battary is dead after upgrading to Win 11

I upgraded to Windows 11. Biggest Mistake I've done Now, My laptop battery is dead and won't charge i can only use my laptop when it's connected to the charger stopped being a laptop and now it's practically a desktop. My N72 battary is almost dead !

Hello there,



My N72 battary is almost dead it's stay for just three or four hours only (after I chargeing it fully), even when I try another battary - not new - also it's stay for the same time.



I dont know, is it a phone problem or what??!, I want to buy a new battary, but I think it will stay for the same period.



I'm gonna update my phone software by "Nokia Device software updater", is it may fix this problem or it's a problem in my phone hardware??

 

Upgrade to Win 11

Trying to upgrade laptop to Win 11. My processor is listed on Microsoft compatibility list as one that will work with Win 11, but the health check says it won't and therefore will not allow upgrade. All other items on list are ticked green. Any advice please?

I can't upgrade to win 11. says my CPU not compatible I have a( I7 6700k). It is listed as one that is compatible
