Windows 10: Battery Discharging

So i was playing a game that i smelt light burning and after that my PC was in charge said low battery and then the screen went black. then I realize that the PC was turned off, and the battery icon was red low battery then i turned it on and started the windows. I checked the battery icon, and i was shocked. The battery was 6% and it was discharging. I turned it off and waited 3 hours and still when i turned it on it was the same. my PC is new and I'm using the original cable and charger. I gave the PC for a fix at its support. they said every ting was OK and the burning only damaged the CD reader. and they fixed it. now i have this battery problem and all hardware issues were fixed. what can cause discharging?

Battery discharging

My laptop is plugged into a docking station but the battery is discharging instead of charging. Any suggestions? Wondering if my docking station is needing to be replaced.

 

Battery issue

You should try the full discharge and recharge as suggested and if that doesn't work, then re calibrate.

Do not leave it at 98%, otherwise you will damage the battery because you are overcharging.

 

E51 Battery Discharge

No, I wasn't implying this is happening on many devices. However, my Spouse has the same model and has microphone trouble on her phone. Both of these issues happened at the same time.
