Windows 10: Battery level not changing Windows 10, i.e., stuck at 64%. Please help.

Well this question should be in battery level issue but there is no topic for battery level indicator issue. Please help.
1. I have a HP Probook 4540s laptop.
2. I have been facing this issue since last 1-3 months.

3. I tried running sfc/scannow, and also tried reinstalling battery level indicator driver, also tried running the troubleshooter.
No, improvement was found these 3 points were asked in the last issue I saw.
Previously, it was stuck at 98% then 100% and now 64%. <<<< It is 64% even after plugging in and plugging out. I even remained it shut down for 1 hour to get it charged still it was 64% and 64% before and after shut down.
It sometimes work and sometimes get stuck for like a month.

It is very much trouble because my laptop works without charging, but shuts down without any low battery notification. This is trouble to me because if I am doing some important work on my laptop it shuts down without letting me save it. I have also tried to setlow battery level to 20%, and low battery action to Hibernate. Still itshuts down as battery reaches its limit without any notification saying to plug in my device.

Please look into the matter.

Battery level issue

Hi Matt, Go to Control Panel - Power Options Click Power Plan Options on your Current Power Plan Click 'Change Advanced Power Settings In the resulting Dialog at the bottom of the list, expand the 'Batteries' section Change the value for Critical Battery
Level and Low Battery Level Make sure Low Battery Notification is set to ON

 

Viewing battery level for Bluetooth Headphones

1. Open the "Settings app".

2. Open the page "Devices", then go to "Bluetooth & other devices".

3. On the right, find your device in the list under "Mouse, keyboard, & pen".

Please note that you might have to scroll further down if there is a section labeled "Audio" since Bluetooth Headphones are an Audio device.

4. You will see the battery level indicator next to the device name.
