    I bought a laptop one year ago and it has been 3 days that battery level suddendly drops to 0% with no notifications at all. I tried to do a battery report and the full charge capacity should be fine. As you can see it looks like the pc can't really tell how much power it's taking from the battery so when the battery is empty the pc shuts down without notice. It has been 6 months since i've been started using a battery charger with an output of 2.31 A while my laptop has an input of 3.3 A. I read on the internet that this is harmful only to the charger but not to the battery. Is it true?.

    Sudden battery drop to zero

    I have Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 laptop running 64 bit windows 10 version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1165)I am facing an unusual battery drain to sudden 0. This began happening yesterday and happened again today. I suppose the battery drops to zero from 50-60%. There's no warning. The laptop just closes all of a sudden.Every time I work with my laptop plugged in the wall charging. I don't turn off the charging even it's full and continue to use it as it is. I only use my laptop on battery when I'm commuting, and that's exactly when I have faced this issue. I bought this laptop in April 2019. I'm enclosing the battery report html as a zip generated using Windows Powershell. Please suggest a solution.

    Microphone Levels Dropping to Zero

    I have looked online and no one has come up with a valid solution for this. I'm using a Logitech G430 USB headset, with all updated drivers. Intermittently, the microphone level will drop to zero and the mic will mute. I have exhausted all my troubleshooting
    options and now need to find new ones.

    If you had run a battery report when the battery was brand new, you would have seen its Full charge capacity matching its Design capacity. That ratio reduces as the battery gets used. Yours is currently 20034/48944 ≅ 40%

    There's no generally-applicable magic number at which the battery is deemed to be too worn out for further use. In your case I think you'd make your decision based on time rather than charge level - it would be when the battery did not last the whole of your journey.
