Windows 10: Battery plugged in, not charging past 60% since I changed a setting. Can't find where to...

Hi. A window popped up yesterday and said something like, "We see you're keeping your battery plugged in even though it's fully charged" and something about that shortening battery life. It had options to 'tick' if I wanted to preserve battery life, so I did.

Now my battery only charges to 60%, then it says plugged in, not charging.

I want to change it back to being able to charge 100% but can't find where to do it.

When I go to battery in settings, it has no option to change it back, only a slide for performance.

Yikes! What have I done?!

This is a new Asus laptop with Windows 10.

Why won't my battery charge past 60% while plugged in? The message indicates the power source is plugged in and not charging.

I have an alienware 17R3 laptop with windows 10 Pro. Windows just recently updated and now my battery wont charge past 60 percent. I want to be able to change the settings so that it will charge to 100 percent again.

when I first set up my Lenovo laptop I selected the option of battery charging only up to 60% as this was the recommended option. this only lets the battery charge to 60% and so when I use it without a plug in to the outlet I get only 1.5-2 hours of battery
life. I want to change this to 100% charge for the battery. can someone answer how to find this option and change it?
