Windows 10: Battery Report says percentage is 101?!

I have a HP Windows 10 laptop, and after a brief power outage yesterday, the battery report has gone slightly haywire, My design capacity has fluctuated and increased/dropped a few times, although looking at past records of the report shows that this has happened a couple times since 2022. However, the main thing is that the battery report shows the percentage as 101 for some reason, meanwhile the charging icon on the task bar simply shows it as 100%what??

Battery Percentage

I have two HP laptops. Both running Win 10 22H2 with latest updates. One shows "percentage charge" and the other "minuites to full charge" when hovering over the taskbar battery icon with laptops plugged in. Seems like they should show the same. I checked out the suggestions, but no luck.
