Windows 10: Battery Reports states that AC Charger is constantly activating and suspending.

I have an Acer Aspire E 15 and i got it from my brother, it is quite old but it used to run very smoothly, it runs games like Valorant and Apex with 60+ fps. But one day the FPS started to drop very badly to the point it was unplayable. The next day the problem was fixed and the FPS was back to normal. But then a few days later it happened again. I removed the AC charger and the fps was normal again, when i connected it back it was normal for a few seconds but then dropped. And since then the laptop was not charging, it is either constantly stuck at the same percentage or somehow discharges wh

Battery apps and battery report lack data

Below I have Copy / Pasted a report generated by the PC. As you can see (I hope) most of the expected battery data is simply not there. I have four Store apps monitoring the battery, two of which concentrate on displaying battery usage statistics in tables and graphs. But they also do not show the data. The battery is reported to have zero charge when in fact it has up to 100%. I have been frequently getting an annoying pop-up notification saying the battery has 0% charge and to 'connect the charger', when it is connected and charging. I have examined Settings and Tasks Library but have not found anything to explain this.

It is important to me to be able to monitor the battery in my 2-in-1 tablet

8800 Sirocco AC-3 or AC-4 charger?

I have the standard AC-3X charger which takes approx 3hrs to charge up on stand-by using the DT16 stand.

I heard you can use AC-4X charger, but will this charge up my phone quicker or will it damage my battery? I know the output for AC-4X is higher than AC-3X.

Any suggestions from anyone?

ac adapter for battery charger not charging

my dell insprion 5551 ac adapter isn't charging by battery and I have tried all the suggestions that dell provided and still nothing. my battery is at 10%. I not had a problem till I remember month or 2 ago I reset my pc but ac adapter didn't get notice
till month ago. when I purchased this laptop on line upon receiving I notice my warranty was good for 3months, no back up disk or factory image disk came with it, nothing came but pc and charger that never fitted firmly, its very loose. it also show on F2
ac adapter unknown, led light on square box attach to charger lights up but still not charging and Dell wants me to renew warranty to fix problem when I didn't have much time to use warranty. I feel like this PC was refurbish or something. I didn't have a
problem before with ac adapter charging. please someone help me , any suggestion so I don't have to spend what little money I have
