Windows 10: Battery saving tips

Does anyone here have some battery saving tips? My laptop has a small battery capacity and it only lasts 2 and a half hours at best.

I tried modifying the power plan to limit the processor utilization to 40% because I don't really need it on battery, but it doesn't seem to do anything. It doesn't feel slower and when I checked task manager it always shows utilization above 40%, is there anyway to make this effective?

Or are there any other useful tip I can use? Thanks in advance!
