Windows 10: battery shows 0% available plugged in

tried several methods like static discharge , force shutdown etc.when i try to uninstall those battery ACPI drivers my laptop automatically restarts and gets stuck at lockscreen EVERY single time when i do this.MUST be a driver issue , what to do? btw recently moved to win11 from win10 . Although this was not a problem initially in windows 11 . and even with no plug laptop works at 0% itself.

I have a Windows 8 acer laptop and have been using it for years. Last day it ended up showing 0% available (plugged in ,not charging ).Can I resolve the issue without buying new battery?

After Updating to version 2004 my Battery is Not Charging And shows 0%avaliable(plugged-in)

I have an Predator Helios 300 bought it an year ago

It always shows 0% available. plugged (from Last 3days)

Here's what I've tried:

-uninstalled battery drivers, shut down and restarted laptop --> no change

i even tried to disable the drivers and then shut down and restart, but still no change

-update BIOS --> no change

-shut down, unplug, Press Power Button, wait, put AC adapter back in, restart --> no change

I've tried many combinations of the above process , 0% available, plugged in charging

I don't know what else to do at this point and I would appreciate any help!
