    Battery STILL stuck at 99 %


    Okay, I HAVE A PROBLEM. Last morning I went open my laptop and after few minutes it sleeps when the battery is low. I charge it and then when I unplug, it shows 99% until it sleeps again. I do the solution: Open Device Manager, expand Battery section and more, but it DOESN'T WORK, now, I charge again and do the solution and it DOESN'T WORK AGAIN... behhhhCan you guys answer the solution?

    • Have you made any changes to your computer before experiencing this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you run the Power troubleshooter and update drivers in Windows 10 by following the troubleshooting steps provided by Eeshwar Kumar on this

    Battery charging stuck at 99%

    Hi, I'm using surface laptop. And recently my battery charging gets stuck at 99% (05 mins to fully charge). I have tried troubleshooting, it said to have fixed all problems, but no improvement to the issue at hand. Please help, I'm afraid it will affect
    the battery life.
