Windows 10: Battery suddenly drop from 100% to 70% when unplugged charger- window 10

My laptop is a Jumper EZBook X1 the thing is that when I unplugged the charger the battery will drop really fast , it take around 12minute to drain 100% I try to reset the laptop but is still not fixif any of you can fix this problem pls help me out

Wrong Battery Indicator

Hi, I'm using HP ProBook 450 G1. Although it gives good battery timing which is 3.5-4 hours approx., but the problem is that it doesn't shows the correct battery level and estimated time. Like nowadays the problem is at its peak. For the starting hour after
charging is full it stands on 99%, for the next hour it drops to 89-90%, and the rest of the time it drops to 65-70% and turns off there.

• Charger unplugged: Battery Level 100%
• 1 hour later: Battery Level 99%
• 2 hours later: Battery Level 89-90%
• 3.5-4 hours later: Battery Level 65-70%, Laptop turns off

Laptop Battery Charge Status

The battery status on my 3 year old Dell laptop shows Fully Charged 100% when plugged in but then drops to 92% as soon as I unplug the charger. Why does Windows 10 the report battery status like this?

 

On my laptop, my battery will say it's fully charged when it's plugged in, but when I remove the charger, it'll suddenly go down to 70 or 72%.
