Windows 10: .bbii virus

Hello, 2 days ago i downloaded a virus accidently and that virus just took my facebook acount and my instagram, so i decided to clean up the data from my computer, so when it was done, i open up and i saw i have the same files as before, but, they have an encripted file name .bbiii, so i was investigated and it was a virus, so i don't know how to get rid from that virus
