    Bcc emails rejected as spam


    I run a small natural history group with about 70 members. It's become almost impossible for me to email the group using the blind copy setting because most email servers are rejecting my message as spam. Messages used to end up in the spam folder of many recipients but at least I could warn them to check their spam folder. Data protection means I can't send messages without using the bcc setting so I'm either going to have to email every member separately or go back to putting letters in an envelope and posting them! Is there something else I can do?

    Emails and Bcc

    I now have windows 10. When sending an email with some Bcc recipients I cannot find the Bcc recipients in sent items, so how do I know that it has been sent and is there anywhere special I should look in sent items to see the Bcc list as it just shows
    the main TO email address? Thank you.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I will give this a try to see what happens. I don't think spam rejection is the issue, though, because I have 100 recipient DLs that I regularly send to without any issues. OH! Come to think of it I DO use Bcc with the other DLs.

    • Which email address is configured in the Mail app?

    If you have Outlook.com configured then you may refer to the suggestions provided by “Dhenz S” from this thread to check if that helps.

    How to block spam emails in Outlook.com?

    You need to look at the “View installed Updates” screen to see the list of recently installed updates.

    Follow these steps to view installed updates:


    • Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Programs and Features”.

    • Click on “View Installed Updates”.
