Windows 10: BCD 0xc0000098 error while clean installation of Windows 10

Helloo everyoneI was using Windows 10 happily and suddenly my laptop fallen down as a result my HDD got damaged so I bought a new HDD and inserted it in my computer Now the problem is that when I plugged my bootable pen drive to install a fresh window 10 I pressed f12 to go into boot menu from there I selected my bootable pen drive and after that it gave me BCD 0xc0000098 errorI don't know too much about bios settings so please guide me to counter this errorBy the way I am using Lenovo Thinkpad series

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by

Recovery tool for \BCD ERROR CODE:0xc0000098

I have a HP Pavilion and since upgrading to win10 during Boot it freezes and I get the message FILE: \BCD with a ERROR CODE:0xc0000098 and it says I need a recovery tool, at that screen i hit esc. then enter and it boots up and runs perfect. how do I get
the recovery tool and fix the BCD file?
