Windows 10: BCD Error 0xc0000098 Windows after cloning

Hi, I used a program to clone a disk from an old computer to a new one. The program acronis converted the disk from MBR to GPT and cloned the drive.Since then, the error above pops us. I have tried rebuilding the EFI partition by:diskpart select disk 0 list partition select volume 1assign letter B exit dir /a B:\ " bcdboot /s B: /f UEFI bcdedit shows valid info, but windows will not boot. Reinstalling is not an option.

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by

Recovery tool for \BCD ERROR CODE:0xc0000098

I have a HP Pavilion and since upgrading to win10 during Boot it freezes and I get the message FILE: \BCD with a ERROR CODE:0xc0000098 and it says I need a recovery tool, at that screen i hit esc. then enter and it boots up and runs perfect. how do I get
the recovery tool and fix the BCD file?
