Windows 10: Bcdboot problem err. 0xc000000f

Hi,Does anybody know how to fix this problem? I tried booting into my bootable usb and dinnt work

I am using a custom-built computer. Here is the DXDiag info:

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 17763) (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434)

Language: English (Regional Setting: English)

I attempted Method 2 and when I reached the bcdboot c:\windows step, it said there was a "Failure when attempting to copy boot files".

The articles don't seem applicable. The first article discusses finding the bcdedit files, I need bcdboot . Will the same steps work for bcdboot?

fix error 0xc000000f

boot the computer with windows 10 dvd
go to command prompt

type diskaprt

list vol

find EFI partition no and Windows 10 parttion no

i assume efi is 2

i assume os is C
diskpart select vol 2

assign letter=V
exit

X:\windows\system32\
type below commands

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

bootrec /scanos

bootrec /rebuildbcd , if it found windows location type Y
bootsect /nt60 sys /force

or

bootsect /nt60 C: /force

or

bootsect /nt60 all /force

bcdboot C:\windows /l en-us

bcdboot c:\windows /s V:

bcdboot c:\windows /s V: /f UEFI

 

error code 0xc000000f

Is there anyway to fix an error code 0xc000000f and keep my information please tell me by step by step.
