Windows 10: BCM94313HMGB on Windows 10

Hi everyone,


I've seen numerous threads about having the Broadcom BCM94313HMGB Wi-Fi adapter and howWindows 10 is having issues with the said adapter.


So since I wasn't able to find a solution to this issue a few days ago, I bought anIntel Centrino 6235 adapter based on some suggestions on some threads. Initially, I had issues connecting to our Wi-Fi using the said new adapter, but eventually it worked by searching for an update through Windows Update.


Being curious if the same solution would work on the Broadcom BCM94313HMGB, I removed the Intel Centrino 6235 adapter andplaced the BCM94313HMGB back into my Samsung laptop.


And I don't know what happened, but the BCM94313HMGB now works. I didn't do any update after removing the Centrino adapter. I just placed the Broadcom one back and voila.


Just thought I should share this with you guys, should anyone still be using these outdated adapters. Cheers!

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
