Windows 10: BDOS and driver problems

I have a BDOSstop code is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALWhat failed: rtwlane602.sysmy motherboard is a B605 AORUS ELITE AX rev 1.2I have tried to update my most wifi drivers to the most recent version and it is not working. I downloaded them from here B650 AORUS ELITE AX rev. 1.2 Support Motherboard - GIGABYTE U.S.A . I do not know what else I can do as there is no earlier version of the drivers.

BDOS crush problem

The RAM test result is unstable, problems arise with the old and new RAM. I just bought a new motherboard and am testing it right now. If bdos doesn't crash on the new one, does that mean it's a problem with the motherboard?
