Windows 10: BDOS crash problem

Windows UpdatedBIOS + all drivers from official webstieDUMB file error and cant be created tested 2 different RAM's, same crashUpdate*I just changed the drive and got DUMB files which I can't get with the old NVMe drive also my computer only boots with the RAM position in 2.4 slots when I put them in slot 1\3 the computer crashes after 2 minutes after logging into Windows, but when I installed a new RAM, it broke 2-3 hours agoNew files https://onedrive.live.com/?id=D0F6C4AB1994A674%215007&cid=D0F6C4AB1994A674Errors were detected in the old RAM, the new one passed the testScannow test -

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Continuing Windows 10 BDOS questions

Spent the last day dealing with my system rebooting, sometimes by choice, sometimes by BDOS - & using Windows Repair to get past a boot fault caused by sptd2.sys. It was suggested I remove it but when I got on today, after several failed attempts, I did
a search for it & discovered sptd.sys & sptd2.sys are both gone (or invisible, though I didn't make it so). A search finds them nowhere. Do I need them? Should I reinstall them?

Had another BAD_POOL_CALLER BDOS crash a little while ago, so have uninstalled Malwarebytes again. Waiting to see if the crashes stop or continue.

It's been fun. Thanks for any answers. Off to Malwarebytes & elsewhere on the forum to research problems with that...
