    BDOS critical process died after sleep


    I have been repeatedly taken to BDOS screen sometimes indicating CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, sometimes MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and sometimes UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION error. I have tried all the possible things asked by others none of which worked.This only happens after sleep. I have tried chkdsk, sfc, ran MemoryDiagnostic none of which resulted in any errors. After couple of test I found out that ntoskrnl.exe has been causing the crash when it tries to dump the dataI looked at the dump file and this is the result, none of which I understand, UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION 154 The store component caught

    Ive just opened event viewer as you suggested but I cant seem to find any error that says "critical process died"

    I have attached a screenshot of the event viewer. I have scrolled to the bottom to where it first booted up.

    Ive downloaded the software you sent the link for but I'm not sure how to use it as nothing shows up when I load it.
