Windows 10: Beats Solo 3 Headphones not found as a bluetooth device

I recently got a new laptop on Windows 11 and have tried to connect either pair of my Beats Solo 3 Headphones through bluetooth. I have tried every single thing I have seen on the internet, including checking for windows updates or driver updates, restarting my laptop and buetooth, and making sure discovery was enabled. Whenever I do try and connect, a few things show up but never my Beats Headphones. They can connect to my iPhone, but not my laptop.If there is any suggestions or tips to fix this please let me know.

Thanks so much but it still did not help! My headphones are not showing up in the Bluetooth tab- they are not an option to connect them to this device. I need to know step by step how to connect my beats solo 3 headphones please.

Unfortunately the information in that link wasn't really applicable; Right Clicking the Volume Icon in the Taskbar no longer displays Playback Devices.

In the Sound Control Panel the "Headphones Beats Solo 3 Stereo" device is disconnected, and when you right click, choosing "Connect" and "Enable" does nothing. I cannot "Set as Default Device."





Under "Devices and Printers" "Beats Solo 3 Stereo" is listed, but under the "Device Manager" it does not exist under "Audio, inputs and outputs"





Under "Devices and Printers" when you right click "Beats Solo 3" and select "Properties" then "Hardware" tab. Select "Beats Solo 3 Stereo," then select "Properties," "Driver" tab, theses are the drivers and according to Windows they are up to date:









However, "Beats Solo 3 Stereo" is still not listed as a device I can choose from the Taskbar or Sound menu.

• I reset the beats headphones, reset my bluetooth on my pc, updated software on beats solo3, deleted and re-added the beats on my pc
• Microsoft Surface Laptop, Intel Core I7, 16gb Ram, 1TB Storage
• No error messages, just disconnections and reconnections.
