Windows 10: Beats Studio Buds Mic not working windows 10

Upon connecting my earbuds to my windows 10 laptop MSI GP62MVR 7rfx, sound plays through and will start an audio skip that happens about three seconds apart, consistently, which is a separate issue, but is still occurring so I'm unsure if there is some relation, The microphone refuses to function out right. After trying to update drivers, disabling, enabling all recording and playback devices and leaving only the Beats constituents enabled, and disabling audio enhancements, this does not fix anything. There are two options listed for input and recording devices regarding the Beats Buds, one

My beats studio buds will not show up on the microphone list for windows 10

I am able to pair my Beats Studio buds to my laptop running Windows 10. I can hear the sound , but the microphone won't work. The Beats Studio appears under the list for Speakers, but not under the list for microphones under Devices- Sound Settings,

First, can you please check it with other device for us to check if the issue is with your computer or the beat studio buds itself.

If it does the same using a different computer means that the issue is with your beat studio buds.

if the Beat Studio works using a different device let me know what is the exact model of your computer?

To check the system model proceed with these steps.

-Press Windows key + R

-Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

-Look for the System Model and Manufacturer and post it here.

-How do you connect the Buds is it via bluetooth or USB?

I am able to connect but audio gets garbled and in and out on the left one most of the time but there are times it’s both.
