    Whilst people hear of, seek out & use 3rd Party tools & utilities to do THIS ... one wonders how many other people know their OS can do it, natively >Settings > Personalisation > Colours, which mentions TransparencyBut the choice, NOW, is Translucent and, actually, is a visible effect, although, still, says TransparancyHere is an example:Scroll down a bit to underneath Custom colours,To, also, have the Taskbar translucent, the red must be OFF. The green is optional.NB: This , indeed, is really good news. Having translucent FE windows is very popula

    I would like a basic tutorial taking me step by step through the process of creating a website using Blend 2015 (comes with VS2015 Enterprise). The online help is useless, the tutorial video is nothing more than a walk through features. How do does one get
    started?

    I have started Blend 2015 , File | New Website. However, there are no templates listed for c#.
