Windows 10: been having a blue screen issue for a while

I have no clue if this is a hardware issue, but for the last week ive been blue screening/crashing on almost every game I play, or even sometimes when im not playing anything. While this could be a graphics issue, I've had this rtx 3060 for a few months without any issue. When the crashes first started, I found out my graphics drivers were outdated, but then I updated them and still had an issue. Here's the Minidump I can upload two of them won't upload for some reason.

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
