I own a Mobile Studio Pro. The first time I got stuck on a restart loop for this long, I sent it in to Wacom support and they just gave me a new one. Awesome! Except it's happening again, a year in instead of three years in.

At first, the error messages said, "VIDEO_SCHEDULING_INTERNAL_ERROR". It was mostly just not even letting me log in, but I logged in for long enough to uninstall recent programs. The loop continued. I tried using Automatic Repair and doing an sfc scan, but it kept giving me errors on that too (and wouldn't tell me why). I did a System Restore, no good. I tried to uninstall recent updates, error. After awhile, the error messages became "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED", and it stopped even giving me those few seconds of functionality I was getting here and there. I went "screw it" at one point and just told it to reset my PC, and tried both options of erasing and not erasing all of my personal files multiple times. It just says, "we encountered a problem, no changes were made" and doesn't even tell me what the issue is for me to even try to troubleshoot it.

It starts on Safe Mode, but without Wi-Fi for me to try installing anything like Restoro or CC Cleaner. Because it doesn't have bluetooth, my keyboard doesn't work, and the MSP doesn't have a physical keyboard attached for me to use that (so I can't run anything on the command prompt).

Honestly, due to some recent career changes, I have no need for equipment this expensive anymore and I'm more than ready to drop Windows 10 and sell this to get a cheaper laptop. I spent anywhere between 1-3 days dealing with driver issues or restart loops or blue screens or .exe programs suddenly not working all the time, and it's REALLY getting on my nerves. At this point, I just want to reset this PC and sell it, but I can't even get it to work.

Is there anything I can do at this point without having to hire someone to fix it? I'm already out of Wacom's warranty since this is already the replacement they sent me.

EDIT: Update, not even Safe Mode works anymore. Still get the "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" error. Great.
