Windows 10: Been trying to fix newer win 10 pc with a pnp device missing/corrupted, I messed something...

After I installed and uninstalled Win 11, pnp no longer working. I ran a troubleshooter and found that the pnp is corrupted. I tried so many ways of restoring it. I do not have a restore point because my system protection magically kept turning off. I tried rolling back drivers and making sure I had updated drivers etc. I did a pc refresh/reset twice and now I have had to reinstall a ton of apps and set them up twice.I think at this point I should do a Windows reinstall from disk but I can't access my pc due to ms sign in not working. Of course I did not make a recovery USB yet and now th

I would suggest you follow steps to update the monitor driver:

Press Windows + X keys

Choose Device manager

Click on Monitors

Right click on ‘Generic PnP monitor’ and click on update driver

Tap on Browse my computer for driver software

Tap on Let me pick from a list of available drivers

Choose ‘Generic PnP monitor’ and tap on Next

When you are done please restart the computer.

Yep, them's the right steps but all indications to a corrupted USB
- corrupted Win 10 creation
and/or
- faulty USB device

Recreate boot USB(s) as suggested above. Use other USB drives.
