Windows 10: Beexcellent GM-1 headset mic not showing up.

Hello, I have a Beexcellent GM-1 headset, but when I plug it in, the sound comes through the headset, but the mic doesn't show up at all. I have tried many different ways to solve this problem but couldn't find a solution. Would really appreciate it if you could help. Thanks!

Hi Microsoft, I have a Beexcellent GM-1 headset, which isn't recognized by my laptop (one headphone jack). Sound plays through the headphones, but it can't find the microphone. Do i need to install drivers for it?

My internal mic doesn't work btw.

I'm an Independent Advisor here to help.

If the Beexcellent GM-1 does not have a USB port, it doesn't have its own driver and the microphone is set up by the audio controller (in this case it's your Realtek HD Audio). Microphone, as shown in your screenshot, should be the one.

Mic no longer working after updating

The subject line says it all. I'm using a Beexcellent GM-1 headset, and after I updated and restarted my computer Windows no longer recognizes the microphone on my headset. It even says that there isn't a mic plugged in. I'm still able to hear, however.
