Windows 10: Behavior:Win32/PowEmotet.SB Accross Mutliple Orginization

Hello,We have been seeing multiple alerts come in for Behavior:Win32/PowEmotet.SB, across multiple different organizations and domains. Alerts come in mostly when opening excel and word documents.Upon further investigation, no macros or VB scripts are getting run when the affected documents are open. Uploading files into virus total does not detected anything. At the moment it appears that all these alerts are benign.In addition, it appears Microsoft has updated their detects and PowEmotet.SB is among one of them:https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/definitions/antimalware-definition-release-n

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

Creative SB X-Fi Sound Card, latest driver, no sound when upgraded to Windows 10 (again)

I appreciate your efforts to work on this issue.

I can understand the situation must be difficult for you when the Creative SB X-Fi Sound system doesn't work as it should.

Please answer these questions to get clarity on this issue:

1. What is the make and model of the PC?
   
2. Which build version is installed on the PC? Press Windows key + R, type winver and press enter to get this information.
   

Meanwhile, let us now try to disable and enable the Creative SB X-Fi from the Device Manager and check if that helps.

1. Open Device Manager.
   
2. Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
   
3. Right click on Creative SB X-Fi, disable it.
   
4. Restart the computer and follow the same steps to enable Creative SB X-Fi.
   

If that does not help then proceed further with the un-installation of the driver and click on ‘scan for hardware changes’ for the default driver to install.

In the Device Manager window, select Action tab and click on ‘scan for hardware changes’.
