Windows 10: Being charged for cancelled subscription 5 months

I checked my bank account and have found that I am being charged 3.29 every month for a "realm subscription", however when I look on my Microsoft account it states that there are no active subscriptions and shows absolutely zero history of these purchases or anything of the sort. I can't even access realms on Minecraft itself so I am being charged falsely for nothing. From my memory I remember getting a free trial and then cancelling it or I bought a months worth and cancelled it, either way I have no way of cancelling these oncoming payments and I am pretty sure that I cancelled it at the fir

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.

Charging my account for a cancelled subscription

Microsoft keeps trying to charge my account for a PC game pass(beta) subscription I cancelled months ago, and today they charged my account again but this time it went through and is pending. I want a refund and for you to stop charging my account for something
i cancelled 4 months ago.

i just tried to cancel it again but it says it cant because the product has already been payed for, please stop charging me and give me a refund.
