Windows 10: Being Stalked through Your Phone Companion app

My abuser has found a way to install Your Phone Companion on my personal phone and link it to his personal PC. I have a Protective Order in place, and this would be a direct violation of that protective order. How do I help the police 'see' when the app was installed and when it was accessed from his PC? There doesn't appear to be a way to do this from my phone and we need to establish timeline.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Phone companion app and check if you are facing the issue

To uninstall the phone companion app please follow the steps below:

• 
  Type phone companion in the
  search box.
  
• 
  Right click on
  phone companion and click on uninstall.
  

Once it is uninstalled, you can reinstall it from windows store.
