Windows 10: Benchmark program/s causing my PC to crash?

I had a problem with my PC crashing regularly until I uninstalled a bunch of programs. I fixed the issue by uninstalling a bunch of programs and changing a lot of settings some time ago. Funny enough, after installing MSI afterburner, HWiNFO, HWMONITOR, CPU-Z, Thaiphoon burner, and possibly some other program, My PC crashed for the first time after a while. Could any of these programs cause a crash?

GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.

I understand it can be frustrating when the Windows updates don’t work the way they are supposed to and crash the computer.

1. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
2. When you say the system is crashed, do you get any error message or error code?
   
3. Are you able to Boot into the computer?
   

I suggest you to try with these following step on your computer and check the result with the issue.



Refer this article and try getting into
Safe Mode. If the computer is not crashing in safe mode then perform a clean boot from safe mode.
Refer the article on How to perform a clean boor in Windows. If
the PC is not crashing then please refer the section How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot.



Note:
Clean Boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Also, you may not be able to use some programs in clean boot.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
