Windows 10: Bespoke pcie board problem

Hi,I am a printer and one of my printing machines software will only run on win 7. I have acquired a higher spec pc than what came with the machine but I am getting issues. The printer needs a special pcie board that is made by the machine manufacturer that have a ribbon input to the machine board and fibre optic cables that go to the printheads. The machine stops printing on the first pass but sometimes by moving to another slot it works only to get the same problems again when the pc is restarted. There is no problem with the original win 7 machine so it isn’t hardware related. I have max po

How to install PCIE SATA 3 board


I just tried your suggestion but I still can't see the device. I've attached screen shots of what I'm seeing in HWiNFO for reference.







I discovered last night that the installer seemed to have an error and was not copying the files from the CD to the place the installer was looking for them at. I copied the files manually and restarted the process. No error, but it still doesn't work or show up in Device Manager.

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the exact error message?
