  2. Outside temperature icon in System Tray

    Hi EM 1336,

It is really good to have outside temperature icon in tray,it is even helpful too. WM4 application work really nice. Thanks. As you said other applications like accuweather etc. can work but not the way we want. For temperature of system, hdd thermometer
& Speed fan are good. Also Rainmeter has good collection of Widgets. Thanks again.

    CORE TEMP-WINDOWS 10

I agree with RicharEiler the free version of
    Speccy
is the best all round monitor there is out there, rather than loading apps for each component, it does it all in one go . . .

I did explain this to you on your other thread (How do I check CPU temperature in Windows
    10?
), but you said you did not want to install any applications!

Depends on your particular hardware, try the suggested ones for yourself.
CPUID HWMonitor works well on mine, others like SpeedFan are useless.

I personally use "RealTemp 3.70" and it tells the temps for the CPU & GPU(Dedicated not integrated) and also has temp alarms you manually set for both.

And to make it visible and not having to start it up every time you just go into task scheduler and create a basic task and set it up through that and it will always be on your taskbar ready to go.

I wanted to make mention of rainmeter 4.0 with hwinfo along with a skin called gadgets by silverazide... Works great and easy to set up..

  12. For only Temperature monitoring, Core Temp works best. It's nifty little software that is constantly updated.
