Hello all! I've recently picked up an older Dell Latitude. I used to have the model and wanted to recreate the memories, and do what I wanted to do then but didn't. That being, tri-booting with XP, a newer Windows system, and Linux. Limits on drive partitions or partition types will not be an issue, as it will be done on two drives. SSD for W10/Linux, and HDD for XP.However, i'm not sure what order to install a tri-boot in, especially with the differences between XP and 10. And from my experiences dual-booting, newer versions of Windows are aggressive in forcing the Windows bootloader instea

the files executed - this would be not be the same on different systems, it does give an in depth explanation

Another thing you might like to look up is the difference in booting a BIOS based system as opposed to a UEFI based system -

    W10 does no boot

My Vaio SVE with W10 does not boot. Using ASSIST button I cannot recover the system --have gone through all the options. Unfortunately I do not have a recovery point neither a recovery external disk. Any suggestions?
