Windows 10: Best Programming Language for Accessibility?

I am a beginner at programming language and applicationdesign, and I have an important question for you. I wonder if there's aprogramfor sight challenged programmers to create their own apps, with keystrokes that letthem insert controls into panel-like screens. For example, I want to make anambientsound generator software similar to Atmosphere Deluxehttp://www.vectormediasoftware.com/atmdeluxehome.htm,but instead of designing it with Visual Basic, I want to help VectormediaSoftware redesign their interface with a programming language that can berecognizedby all operating systems Mac, Windows,

What programming language

Hi,
I kinda have a problem... I dont know which computer programming language to learn and stick with. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have done 2d programming with c++ and python and now want to move onto possibly 3d game programming. Which language should i use that has good 3d API's? I was thinking possibly C# with XNA gamestudio becuase my high school offers C# classes. Any suggestions?!*Smile

Prevent language from automatically being changed

• Since Keyla has stopped working.
• Two.
• When I test if the language stays after switching between programs - I switch to a different program, then switch the language, then switch to the previous program.

The steps you suggested didn't work, as I don't want to remove any of the languages.

 

Turing Programming Language

I'll keep this in mind, I hear almost no one knows about this language, purely educational i hear. Do you think learning Python / Java before C would help , or should I just go to C/C++/C# after?
