Windows 10: Best Software for Reading Sampler CD ROM's?

I've been trying Daemon Tools Ultra to see if it can read the contents of a CD-Rom that is formatted for Akai music instruments. However, I'm having trouble doing this, as it seems to mount it as a "Blue Ray" drive. Also, it kept making the Internet slow and making Youtube crash, and it seems to make audio sound choppy which is unusual. Maybe it has something to do with one of the most recent Windows updates on my machine 10.0.1904 1.3636, which was installed on my machine without my knowledge or consent, despite me having switched automatic updates off in both Winaero Tweaker and the Registr

This being said, what is the best software for reading music sampler discs like Akai. The reason why I want to do this is to find out when the samples were created, modified, last saved, and accessed. This way, when I create a folder on the hard drive with all my virtual instruments, which by the way is on a Windows 7 machine, I can put an accurate date on there.
