    I have an older pc which my mom currently uses. The model is HP Pavillion dv6 with 4 GB RAM and HDD. It currently runs windows 10 version 1903 and the apps that is used on the laptop is google drive sync, skype, zoom, ms office, Microsoft whiteboard, whatsapp, wechat and chrome. Google drive sync is running in background all of the time. Chrome is used in regular surfing and with zoom. Skype is used with whiteboard. Whatsapp and wechat are used singly and no other apps are used with it. Can anyone suggest the best suitable build which provides smooth performance in every of the following case and related to the laptop specification?

    Thanks for replies to my postings.

    My HP Pavillion dv6-2066dx AMD processor came with OEM installed Win 7 and AMD processor.

    As Microsoft stopped Win 7 updates, I am thinking of getting to win 10

    I am hearing stories that say win 10 is not compatible with HP Pavillion dv6-2066dx AMD processor.

    I did find the DIY 2019 tax software claims , it has issues with win 7 laptop install and it will not work
    properly with win 7 .

    We know that win 10 is not stable either.

    What are the options , I have ?
